Service Description
Originally developed as a supplemental strength training program for classical ballet dancers, Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) builds deep postural strength, stability, and body awareness. In this one-on-one session, those same principles are applied specifically to gymnastics. This isn’t just about improving dance (though it definitely helps with that), it’s about developing the control, alignment, and strength that support everything from turns and leaps to bars and tumbling. Each session is personalized to the gymnast’s level, goals, and training focus. *Please note: you will need an exercise ball, a pilates ball, and/or a band to participate in PBT lessons*
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your session for a full refund. Changes made within 12 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund.
